What's a stone, about 14 pounds? Easy. Eat more fresh vegetables both steamed and raw in salads. Drink fresh organic fruit juices and eat more fruit for snacks. Cut out all junk foods including sodas(the number one cause of osteoporosis in women). Do not add salt to anything, pepper is okay. Drink about 6 to 8 bottles of pure water and walk. Walk after work or school at least two miles every day. You will find that you will lose about thirty pounds in thirty days or more.

men lose weight fairly easily, so you'd probably just have to eat less to lose. stop eating one thing, like no bread or no pasta. look at how many calories are in the things you regularly eat or drink and decide which you can live without for 3 months. also getting regular exercise will help. just go for a walk.

seirious exercise (id recoment running long distances and generall cardio stuff)
good diet ( dont need to be picky but stay away from too many fatty things, eggs or stuff that encourages muscle growth/protien)
sit ups, that kind of stuff
