On the cover it shows Robin in front of some blond white chick and the story is about him going on a date with a black chick. I could just be missing some point in the story, but I just think they were not paying attention to what they were doing.
What are your thoughts?

Though I have not read this particular issue of Robin, this is a common occurrence among comics, though less so now then it used to be. It relates to the fact that the covers are designed and put out usually by different artist well in advance of the work on the comic being completed. This is so the cover can be included in previews and used to advertise the comic before it ships. Usually, they sync up the covers quite well, but sometimes they dont, either because its a different artist interpretation, they want not spoil what occurs inside, or because they include a popular character to help sell books even if they are hardly in the story. It could be any one of these reasons, as all are possible.

An error in coloring maybe, they do that sometimes, the cover doesnt always relate to the story, maybe they just like the cover so they use it
