My husband and I lost our home after the Hurricane and have moved 3 hours away. We are still in touch with our shrimp, oyster, and crab fisherman and we would like to start a business selling these items because we know ours would be the freshest around but I am scared of failing. Should we take the plunge?

if you are afraid of failing---wait awhile
or
open a small seafood shack with a limited but tasty takeout menu
start small and your customers will let you know if you should expand
good luck

I think it's a great idea....I think you should start small and if it works out you should expand your business!

Good luck :)
