If you are interviewing job candidates, many questions will be aimed at impressing you. What you need to do as sort out the good questions which a candidate will ask in order to SCREEN THEMSELVES OUT of a role. You want to detect thinking about business needs and the job fit.

give them things they need to find out and then they'll have to ask questions! you could practice with them by playing games to get them into it x
