View > Toolsbars > Address Bar (make sure it's checked)
If it is checked, right-click on your toolbar area and choose Unlock. Then see if you can drag the address bar down.

which web browser do you have?
normally you can right-click on the tool bar, and then there should be an option to show the address bar...

Not sure which browser you are using but try to click "View" then "Toolbar" then "Check (mean click) " on "Address Bar"

press alt and f4 at the same time. That will bring you address bar back with less steps.
