Well, some one may report this as "Not a Question", but I answer lots of questions here, so I thought I'd let you guys know.....
Ava Lillian was born at 11:22a.m., on February 27, at our local Maternity Center.
She was delivered after about 11 hours of completely natural labor, with no pain medication, no medical intervention, and no episiotomy or tearing.
She weighed 8 lbs and 1 oz, and is 21 inches long.
Ava and I are now at home, and we're great!

Congratulations...you are a very brave mommy...going the all natural route...I wish I was as brave as you!! I had to have an epidural with both my boys and am planning on it with my third thats due in August

What a lovely name. Congratulations Ava Lillian...welcome to the world. I understand your mother had a great delivery and is doing well. Be gentle with her. She's a new mother and not used to the changes that will occur with a new baby. She'll learn just like every other new mother does. In the meanwhile, appreciate her and your new family they've waited a while for you to appear.
