i have a casual dance coming up....... i dont know what to wear for it..... its gonna be wild..... im adverage weight and have brown/ light colored...... i wanna look sexy w/o lookin slutish.....

You can wear a nice sexy cami style top (something that's fun, flirty, colorful) and can be worn alone or underneath a fun jacket as the evening wears on and black pants if it's semi-casual or jeans if it's more casual than you describe. Pair it with some easy-to-move-in strappy heels or sexy boots.
Bottom-line you want something that you can move in, as well as be prepared to maybe go out and have a bite to eat afterward.

u could have a jacket white or black white jacket dark t shirt black jacket little lite t shirt jeans heels bangles and hair down lose. or a dress thwt reaches up to ur thigh and belt and blazee amd the big belt or u coud replace it with like a lose tank top or cami with heels
