Fancy and elegant you will NOT find at Old Navy, JCPenney, or Sears. Don't try Marshall's either.
Is the Internet not working for you today? Couldn't you search in Google or Yahoo Shopping for "dresses"?

Windsor Fashions is an excellent place. They have lots of selection and great prices as well. I've never gone wrong with something from there.
