People will try and fake you out if they want something from you. Time is the best way to know if someone really cares for you. A short term way to shake them out is, ask them to help you do something (work) or buy you something you need. This doesn't have to be real, just see what and how they react to being asked to give up or do something for you. Best wishes. Too many people are interested in your body and not the rest of you.

Well, to be honest, sometimes it's really difficult. Because everyone is so different, and every action means a separate feeling, I will just try to describe my own relationships.

Let's start with my husband: He works an odd schedule, and the time he arrives at home changes daily. Often it's in the middle of the night. When we talk for the last time the evening he's due to return, knowing I"ll be in bed and probably asleep, he always says "I'll try to be quiet, so I don't wake you'. He always wakes me. Not on purpose, but I'm a light sleeper. And after 16 years, he knows this, but continues to try being quiet. I am a regular coffee drinker and he is not. Yet, when he's home for the night, before bed he will make my coffee.

Now there is my friend Julia: In comparison, our lives are complete opposites. Often she has a lot of struggles she has to deal with, but if I call her upset, no matter what's happening in her life, she listens, offers advice, and consoles me. She puts her own problems aside to help me with mine.

When someone cares about you, they are there for you in times of need, times of joy, and times of (believe it or not) boredom.

I hope you have someone like that.

You know. Really you just do, I've dated a few guys in my life and always know if they care. It's just a strange feeling. They seem always protect you and be by your side in the time of need. I should know out of all people. My first BF loved me very much so he cared and didn't like seeing me hurt at all.

You can see it in their eyes,
when you talk to then they look at you, in the eyes, at your face and they listen
They ask you how your day was and if you say bad they try to make you smile
If you need them they will be there for you
they will always try to hug you or touch you, be close to you
In a crowd your the person that they look for among anyone else
They make you smile
They say good things about you and defend you
They also help you in anyway that you need it because they are there for you because they care about you.

If they show you they way you want them to show you that they care. Gifts are good examples. Or love letters or singing songs. Or giving you that look that you just adore and they know it. If they look away from you then they don't care. If they blush they do. Or if they come up and talk to you. You will soon learn that everyone cares it's just hard to show it.

It is by the way they look at you and talk to you. You probably want to talk to her a little bit too, just to get to know her better.
