In starcraft on battle net how do you edit the .scm files NO CHEAT SITES UNLESS IT HAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED

i am not sure but isnt the .scm a map file? and wouldnt the starcraft map editor edit that.

you could replace any map in StarCraft. First, open StarEdit (StarCraft campaign Editor), pick report/Open: it is going to coach you the default maps folder in the StarCraft activity.
