Yes I feel the same way today, despite a good 8 hours sleep. Did you sleep well yesterday? Did you get at least 8 hours in ? Have you been outside today or cooped up in your house/apt. A brisk walk , if it's not too snowy or icy might be just what you need.
If this has been going on for awhile , you might want to have a physical with your family gp. You may be ill and hence the fatigue. There are all kinds of illnesses where fatigue is a symptom, rule out all em first .
Try a little exercise, dancing , a brisk walk, a stair climb a few times. Looke at what you're eating , mostly carbs? They can make you sluggish too.
Or maybe it's just a down day because it's been so grey and snowy all week wherever you are.
Think positive spring is only three weeks away now.
Good luck and I hope you start feeling better soon.

Yes, I've been that way. Most of the time it was caused by not getting enough sleep during the night. This was caused by drinking to much coffee during the late afternoon. You need to watch your caffeine intake during the day. Not only from coffee, mostly all soft drink have caffeine, and chocolate too.

Hi Chris, you should get your self check out by your doctor. One common cause of fatigue is Fibromyaliga this very common in todays hectic life style. There is alot of fast cure remedies out there that just don't work. Try changing your diet if you eat a lot of processed food high in sugar, replaced this with loads of fresh fruit and vegetables.

BEYOND fatigued. No one seems to go for my petition to install cots at work for nap time. I'm so freakin tired right now that it may not be safe to drive.

life will keep you going 24/7 if you let it, eventually you will feel short changed. try checking out your priorities and letting unnecessary things go. Make time for rest. I rely on God to help me set priorites.
