i am fifteen years old and i skied from when i was 3 years old, till i was 7 years old. i switched to snowboarding until i was 8 and turned back to skiing last year. skiing is definately harder because snowboarding form is easy. skiing is also way more versatile, because you can do anything snowboarders can do and much more. i would stick with skiing.

Skiing is harder to learn but easier to master, IMO. Try snowboarding, who skis anymore?

Snowboarding is hardest to learn and get good at. Skiing is just learning to stop then you'll be flying down black diamonds in no time.

i dont know what that guy is talking about 'easier to master' when it comes to skiing...i have done both, and am definitly more partial to skiing and have more years expirience of it...i ski very often and still havent 'mastered it' to be honest with you, i have snowbaorded about 15 days or so worth and feel like i have that almost mastered...
