LOL. no I would introduce him to Jesus Christ and maybe he would've grown up to be a POSITIVE influence in the world instead of a negative one.

No way, maybe I'd go back with a few million cyber warriors and help him. He's only the bad guy because he lost the war and America writes the history books! And in the words of George Dubya, "America has never knowingly harmed civillians in an act of war". Do you believe that? Because if that's true, then I guess Hiroshima was an army depot and Nagasaki was an airfield!
Oh, and I forgot Vietnam where the good old US of A sprayed Agent Orange. Today, 40 years on, babies are still being born with 3 heads, 9 arms and 7 legs. So who's the bigger villian?

What he did, or caused to do was a bad thing, Killing him would drastically alter the time-line. For Americans, it would be worse. Would all the things they enjoy now have happened if it weren't for the war? Development during wartime is accelerated, as each side tries to outdo the other. There would be no space program, and all the benefits from that would be non existent. Consumer electronics would not have developed to the point they are today.

Many of the people alive today may not have been born. As so many people died during the war, new relationships developed, and babies born from those new relationships.

Like or not, our life today would be drastically different if the time line changed, in fact, would we communicating today on the Internet?

Yes I have been to Auschwitz and Birkenau, Auschwitz II, and have seen the echoes of those horrors first hand. However it is important to remember Hitler did not force the german people to kill jews and treat them as inferior. There was and probably always will be a level of antisemitism below the surface of most cultures. Would that have changed if Hitler had been killed, probably not. The causes of antisemitism go so far back in time that they may very well be with the Jewish culture forever.

No, the world as it is now would be vastly different if that could be done. Hitlers actions have had a huge impact on how things are today. Many people alive today would not have been conceived had Hitler not done what he had done.
We know how things are today, we don't know how things would be had Hitler not done what he did, but things could be a lot worse.
Also I would be killing an innocent man, if I killed him before he started out.

I don't want to get too serious but there is definite evidence to suggest that Germany would have gone to war anyway due to the state of their economy following the treaty of Versailles (end of WW1) It is also a definite fact that the war would have lasted alot longer if it had not been for Hitler's military incompetence. This may explain why no serious attempt was made to assinate him during the course of the war (except by the German Military).

No. Things that have occured in history have happened for a reason. Think of all the people who have been arrested for war crimes. Trials or even war crimes or crimes against humanity were almost unheard of. As bad as it was, it had to happen so things that could of happened afterwards didn't. Also, the war brought about a lot of good changes for Americans...especially for women and children.

No, he was a great leader too some and and crazy mad man to others. I don't want anything to do with him. If I did go back in time and kill him things could get even worse.

hell yeah. i hate that little ***** and i'm pissed he killed himself before they got him they should've tortured him, make him suffer.

in fact, we've just reading about anne frank lately in my class, and we're watching the movie now, so all these things are fresh in my mind.

why wouldnt i go back in time and kill adolf hitler before he did all this bullshit?? that's like asking someone who lost a loved one who was in the twin towers on 9/11 if they would go back before then and try to stop the terrorists that did that ****!

i guess so, i mean he hurt so many innocent people... well maybe i wouldn't kill him, cause i would feel like i had sunk down to his level... i would kidnap him and send him to Antarctica to live in an igloo. haha, yeah my brilliant plan. but then again, this would greatly change history... so i'm not sure what i would do if i had a chance to go back in time.

No - because altering the past to change the future could lead to another series of events that could be just as damaging.
