The WWE angle would be that Umaga loses to John Cena in an "I Quit" match where Umaga for the first time speaks an English word on camera. Umaga is unemployed and his new job is being a train conductor while he still wears that black face paint and those dreadlocks with his train conductor uniform with the hat that says "Conductor" on top. He's so upset about his "I quit" match that when one of the passengers doesn't have enough money to pay for the train fare, he strangles them with one hand while snarling and growling in their face, stomps them on ground, and with their head against one of the seats, runs into them from the far end of the train car with the side of his butt snapping their head back like in the ring from turnbuckle to turnbuckle.
He quickly gets fired on the spot and within weeks gets his old job back in the WWE and makes John Cena pay for losing that match and then beat John Cena for the first time.

I think that idea is hilarious, but there is a much quicker way to start it. At Wrestlemania Umaga loses to Lashley and Vince gets his head shaved. Vince is upset and fires Umaga. Then your angle continues as you wrote it.
