i also cant understand the levels i know you are allowed to give thumbs up down on level two is there perks to level 3 level 4 and so on, sorry if you are bored with this type of question at least you will score points for answering me thank you xxx

It prevents "trolls" from coming here and asking long lists of offensive, inflammatory, or pointless questions.
It's about the only way to control them!

Being level 3 got me a free magnet and being level 2 got me a free Valentine's sticker. Just little things like that I guess, plus it's fun to see yourself on the leaderboard if you're that dedicated.
