A strong jawline and is very defined, and thin nose that is also defined (not wide looking from a distance), high defined cheekbones, and having eyes and lips that are on the larger side.

i think it means like bigger facial features..ha in me and my mom's family we all have 'strong chins'..and unfortunatly it just means they're big
