I am looking for some good snes games, here's the list:

If you know a site that sells these games without needing a credit card to buy them and that are under $20, please tell me. Thanks in advance.

most web store require you to have a CC your best bet would be ebay or may be a local game shop or a garage sale

You can always try and find an Emulator, otherwise, most places require Credit Cards.
You may be able to find the carts on Ebay and pay the seller with a Money Order.
