They don't use real e-mail addresses but I get the same e-mail from several addresses. I have them all go thru Norton anti spam but I would luv to seek revenge

It all depends on how far you are willing to go (or pay).

First off, if they are non-US based, your chances of even identifying the source are remote, at best.

If you can identify *for sure* that they are US based, you can often identify them, and you can send them notices via registered mail that they owe you money for using your e-mail services for advertisement. Once they have signed for the letter, if you get any more e-mail from their organization, you can legally collect the money.

Nothing much you can really do to the spammers at this point. BlueFrog attempted this during the last year and basically got shutdown by the spammer. They are a crafty bunch and have a lot of power behind them for sending their junk out.

I would just delete the messages.

Good luck with that a majority of is spam is relayed through computers that have been hacked/comprimised by bot herders
farmers the machines are then under control of criminals and the mob who make big money off it.

Don't open them...because if you do, you're proving to them that your email address exists and they sell your address onto other spammers.
