Sure - ON the school is where it belongs. Just don't bring it IN the school! (The preposition ON vs IN makes a big difference in your statement. I'm a very picky English teacher.)

I don't think so. Kids form their eating habits young and schools should set a good example and arrange for kids to get healthy meals most of the time - junk food should be an occasional treat at most and access really should be controlled by parents outide of school hours. Also, for kids who get subsidized meals, this may be the most complete meal they get all day.

The U.S. is facing an obesity epidemic and it's important to teach kids good nutrition early.

Yes, because kids love junk food, and taking it away would be like taking away a child's blanket. It's kind of like a comfort food.

I don't think there should be. Junk food is not healthy and sugar just drags you down after it's digested.
