What website or way if I want to play with cash? Is it simply like gambling on a website?

The simplest way to invest is to buy and hold an index-ETF or an index-fund.
After all 80% of all mutual funds underperform the market.
Try to save all the money you can, and get more and more each month into the ETF or fund.
Doing this you will have no problem when you retire.

play it safe and get a mutual fund. then go read up on how to buy stock....there are no simple ways and no playing involved with this.. and it gets ANNOYING too....
