Fingerprinted means they make sure that the herb they are using is the herb that is being bottled. By taking a "fingerprint" of that peticular herb it establishes that what it reads on the outside of the bottle is what you will get on the inside of the bottle. They double check the herb to be accurate by taking fingerprints(examining the structure of that peticular plant) of the plant. Great way to check it out.
Standardized means they take this one step further and isolate the medicinal properties, phytochemical and nutrient contents of that herb, and then quantifies those chemicals into 1 pill. It means its standardized to meet a certain strength or milligram of the active ingredients of those herbs.
Great products and highly recommended judging from the fact that no government entity including the FDA checks over the counter supplements for truth in labeling!!
