The new Lincoln MKZ, and MKX only require regular from their 3.5L DOHC Duratec V6, 263-265HP, Lincoln Navigator also makes do with regular with it's 5.4L V8, and the Town Car, does regular with it's 4.6L V8, and the MarkLT also sips regular for it's 5.4L V8.

That's pretty much the only luxury car-maker that solely uses regular fuel on all their vehicles.

Then you have Cadillac where they have a vehicle or 2, like the Escalade, which requires just regular.

Everyone else is primarily premium fuel.

Not off the top of my head- most require Premium.

I would really look at a Diesel- they run forever and get superior gas mileage. The 1996 and newer Mercedes have great power for Diesels too. Better than some gas cars.
