i dont htink so but you never really know . why sue em anyways when you can use your brain and devise some sort of devious plan that will bring shame and ebarrasment on the perpetraters and in turn give you something that money cant buy . a good laugh and a sense of satisfaction found nowhere else.

If there is a violation of ANY law...it would not be sexual harassment but just "Harassment" or "Harassing Communication."

As said by one person already...this is something that goes with school and growing up. It's building YOUR character to understanding how to NOT motivate people. Use the experience to your advantage.

Do well with your studies...go to college...get a better paying job...and laugh at them everytime you deposit your paycheck!

Best wishes!

I don't think that qualifies as Sexual Harassment actually. Have you told the Principal? Have you gone and tried to get something done through the school first? If you have and they haven't done anything then talk to your parents(assuming you mean High School and not college) and then you can get something done. If it gets to it then you could sue but still don't think that it is sexual harassment.

sexual harassment ?? no. Slander, maybe but you would not win by the rules of the court on slander. No profit in it, best bet is to file in the school a bully complaint.

It's not sexual harassment. It is harassment but why would you dignify their comments by suing them? Ignore them. Good luck.

I don't see where it is sexual harrassment. Calling people names goes with the territory of being in school, unfortunately. Pretend it doesn't bother you and they'll soon stop.

You have lawyers in your state who can advise you on how to proceed. Seek their council, as it is free unless you find reason to need their services to act in a court of law.
Unless the legal system, in your city, is no longer providing free council, that is.
