Mp3 Music Onto My Phone..?

I Don't Know How To upload my own music onto my phone? the only music i get is from bluetooth [from my friends]. is there any other way?
I have a pink VK4000

there are a few different ways. you can buy a cable that connects to you computer through USB. if your computer has bluetooth you can transfer mp3s that way. if your phone has a SD card you can put music on it.
