the one scene in the beggining where she reads the poem to her mother and it was very interesting and then her mom tells her she is going to have to talk to her about that poem.....what was the poem?

He was crippled but only his body was cracked,
its not simple, nor is it an easy matter to explain
"lets just leave it at that" she says and closes the holy book of lies
she covers her eyes, denying to herself what she thought happened.

great movie. im pretty sure its just a poem written for that scene. i think it was symbolic in that shes tryin to express herself but her mom is too busy/too confident in her daughters sensibility and independence to take the time to hear her out, then she becomes extremely expressive in negative ways.
