T-Mobile keeps calling my house about someone's account that I've never even heard of. I have talked with them several times and they tell me that people lie about who lives where all the time to avoid a debt. I DO NOT know the person they are looking for. They refuse to stop calling and are convinced this person lives here. I am recovering from surgery and they call me at least 4-6 times a day, starting at 7:30am and ending at 10:30pm! I have had it with these people, I don't even have a T-Mobile account myself.

I would contact T-Mobile and report this as someone harrassing you. I have T-Mobile myself and they don't do this kind of thing, and it's unprofessional that "they" supposedly told you that people lie all the time. It sounds like someone trying to get money out of you.

Do you have caller ID? If so, take a note of the phone number and call T-mobile with it, and let them know (before they call you again) that this has been going on forever and that it needs to stop. I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

As a first step, get an attorney and have him file a federal lawsuit against T Mobile and seek an injunction to shut down their network until your case is resolved. Ask for compensatory damages of $1 and also ask for punitive damages in the neighborhood of $50 Million. If you can find one or two other people who have been adversely affected by T Mobile, make your case a "Class Action" lawsuit. You may wind up being a very wealthy person.

I used to get several calls a day from a call centre in India, trying to sell me T-mobile products. I did`nt like it, so what I have done about it is, I have resolved never in my life to buy anything from T-mobile.

Contact your local better business bureau or the attorney general's office. They shouldn't be calling you that many times to find this person. That is harrassment.

Good Luck!

first of all, ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them your problem. if that doesn't work, next time they call, be the person they are asking for. when they ask for a payment tell them you died last week then you hang up
