Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle

what is making you sad,has something happened to you? if you are just down go and look in the mirror and give yourself a great big smile.if someone has made you sad then think of the good time
