I do consider myself a logical person, I’m not as closed minded as most but I just would like to think on a higher level. I love to read and write and my mind is never dormant. I just want to become more aware of my surrounding and how other people think. I’m usually too concerned with my own thought and thinking my way, I fail to consider other’s logic as much as I would like to. And the way I think really does not agree with the “norm”. Both of my English professors acknowledged my way of thinking, they approved of it. I just wish I knew how to reiterate or translate the way I think better also.

You should write and explain your thoughts to someone, when you'll be looking for your words, you'll clean the disorder and it will help you understanding yourself better. I've done this a few times as I'm a thinker too.

To think on a higher level you should have eagle view. You know how the eagle sees from the distance the perpective of the mountains and in the same time it can see the rabbit, by focusing on the details.First the larger perspective and the detail.
And plus a really high level is given by an incredible infinite perspective.Read all the lives of the saints and the arguments upon god,the existance, the sciences,(when someone knows a lot of science can see signs of existance of god, Albert Einstein said it)then let it all, and try to see things yourself.Good luck.

My arguments for what I said are: To became more logical it means to be able to understand why things are the way they are and to integrate them in the big whole, the universal perspective.
In order to do this, and get this higher perspective, you(some one)must find the great things, understand them, and apply them.

I read today in a review that the director of the movie Babel had greatness. Of course, I said to myself this is not true, because Babel does not give sollutions, it only rises the problems for analysis. The problems of human dispair, language and destiny.
But he does not provide any sollution for that. Therefore he is small, not greatness.

There were many great people who indeed gave sollutions for our miserable life on earth. These people were great, and everything that gives a good happy sollution to existance, that is great, worth learning, worth knowing and on a higer level. And ultimately logical, because it can explain and resolve everything.

Ligic has its own limitations:

In the 1930s, Austrian mathematician Godel proved a
theorem which became the "Godel theorem" in cognition
theory. It states that any formalized 'logical' system
in principle cannot be complete in itself. It means
that a statement can always be found that can be
neither disproved nor proved using the means of that
particular system. To discuss about such a statement,
one must go beyond that very logic system; otherwise
nothing but a vicious circle will result. Psychologist
say that any experience is contingent - it's opposite
is logically possible and hence should not be treated
as contradictory.

You get a greater insight when you transcend logic.

That is like asking, how can you become more you?

Relax, sister. Everyone that exists, has at least some form of illogicality about them.

You can only be but just so logical. It is impossible to only be but just so logical, so just live and enjoy life while doing the best you can.
