my female betta fish lays on the bottom of her tank and has a big stomach she barely swims around what is wrong with her?

I really need a little more info to be sure I can help you. Look closely at her and see if scales are sticking out around her belly. It would have a "pinecone" look from the top. If not, odds are good that she is simply full of eggs.

When a fish is lethargic and just laying around the first thing to check is temperature. Make sure she hasen't cooled off in the last few days. Also a 25% or so water change often perks them up a bit.

She might be pregnant or be constipated. Mine had the same problem. I've heard that if they are on the verge of turning upside down, then you can crush frozen PEAS and put them in there. It usually revives them.
