Yeah he's a funny mofo. He does say what he wants to, makes fun of all races. But I think it's so accepted because he's a minority himself. If a white comedian said all the things he does about all the races, he'd be branded a racist.

Not too sure what my IQ is but my age is 20, I'm a receptionist at a financial advisers'/brokers' firm, I'm a student at my local community college, and my GPA is 3.5.
Carlos Mencia is a great comedian because he doesn't care what other people think about his act or his skits. He is one of the few people out there who is able to say what he wants to say without fear of the public waging a finger in his face. Not to mention he's just hilarious!
