Where can I get a mortgage with little money?

I can only get £65000 mortgage, where in Uk can I get a property for buy-to- let with that kind of money? I know in London it is out of question so where else could I check to buy..Any ideas will really be appreciated.

try east lancashire, blackburn and thereabouts. You might find something for that amount.

Firstly you need to have at least a 30% deposit for a buy-to-let mortgage.

I dont know anywhere in the UK you can get a house for 65K these days.
