you dont open the chest just delete Avast from the computer go to program files when you do and right click on the Avast folder then click on delete then install Avast again and its gone

If you found a virus, the first thing to do would be to run a virus scan on your hard drive. To do that go to the star-programs and then find your antivirus program and run it.
Once you have it running you will see a scan computer button(or similar)
This should take care of the virus if it already hasn't done so on it's own.
