I just bought one of those better basktball dvd's its great, but....?

I bought, 'better ball handling' is it just me or do they totaly promote carrying the basketball???? he tells you to 'cup' the ball multiple times. I dunno maybe he means with your finger pads and not your palm, what do you think?

sorry sarha but putting you hand under the ball while your dribbling IS carrying.

Well when you cup a ball its not neccesarly carrying unless you do it for a long time but if its just a second its not a carry
