is this video card good for "Civilization IV"

It's ok, but I wouldn't call it GUDDDDD!!!!
Most likely it will run the game, but if you want it to look cool and run smoothly, you will want a faster card. Such as the 7900 series.

If you only want to play civ 4 youll be fine. if youre planning on buying a card i would definiteley go higher. But if youre gonna stick with the 7300 make sure its the GT and has 8 pixel pielines

256mb Gforece sounds good to me. It should do good enough.
