No, it does not support Shader Model 3.

The 6800 series was the first cards from NVidia that had support for it.

No. Geforce FX 5200 has only pixel shader model 2, 2+, and 2++ support. If you want video cards with pixel shader 3 then purchase Geforce 6 series GPU's and Radeon X series GPU's.

Like Bjorn said it doesn't have it.

You cannot enable it, Shader Model 3.0 is a hardware component built into the card. You either have it or you don't, and if you want it, it has to come built into the card.
