By deleting those songs / movies / whatever off of the iPod?

well if you know what the song or video is delete it.
if not, go to settings and click restore ipod to default settings or something like that. then just put everything back on it from ur computer that u don't think gave the virus

Doubt you have a virus on your iPod cause they are rare.
If you do, you would have to restore your iPod and then reload all the music on it.
To do that, plug in your iPod to your computer and when i iTunes, click on your iPod. On the summary page is an option to restore your iPod and you click that. It will erase your iPod and reload it's OS fresh.
