My Grandmother told me that long ago the KKK not only did bad things to black people, but to whites as well. She knew of a (white) man who was taken from his house one night, and beaten, because he was a drunk. Long ago I think the KKK was based more on Christianity, now I think it is more "white supremacy." Either way it is about intimidation and imposing their will on others.
