Im 25 and there is a 40yr old attractive man at my work and he ALWAYS looks at me. I know he likes me...would he be flattered if I made a move or would he run a mile?

That's modest question and i'm going to give you a modest answer. I dont think he'd run a mile but be flattered if you made advances to that 40yr man. At 25 most women are divorcees.

Weather or not the Married man thinks you are attractive is not the issue.We all find other people attractive and tend to look.That does not mean to touch!You know he is married so why do you want to start something that could potentially bring a lot of problems on both of you?Find a single man honey and leave other womens husbands alone.If it was your husband how would you feel?

All depends on what you think too? If you like him , then maybe do some subtle flirting and see where that gets you. He may be shy about approaching you because of your age...
Dont worry about the age thing though, im seeing someone who is 11 years older than me, and doesnt look it but sometimes is much more of a child!!
Just remember to have fun most of all, dont do it if it will make things awkard at work if it doesnt work out, but maybe it will??

Would be flattered and probably does find you attractive.
If married he may(hopefully) be one of the many men who love their wives and are loyal to them.
Save yourself(and him and his family) some heartache and forget it.

Well I'm 44yrs old and if a 25yr old came on to me I'd more likely succumb to temptation but I am single,once more at the moment lol

That depends, if you are intelligent beyond your years (most 25 year olds are not) it might be ok. Otherwise don't waste your or his time, he probably just enjoys looking.
