i think your trying to say were giving a negative message to Young women by saying they should wear bras at all time not just during sports? the packaged for display bit im not sure...like saying were dressing them up to draw attention to them, ie to be sexually provocative?
if this is right, (which it probably isn't) then i disagree. firstly, bras keep breast from bouncing around which can be very painful, and also, a correctly fitting bra makes your boobs look smaller so really, it the opposite to sexual provocation.
finally i suggest that you endeavour to become more linguistically accurate, as you question is very difficult to understand.

There are basically two types of bras. Everyday wear (ones you wear from sunup to sundown) and athletic wear (ones you wear when you work out). There is nothing confusing about this.
