You can do a Yahoo search and look for Vista Tansformation Pack 6 ...It changes some of windows files then makes it look like Vista...I used it on My laptop which only has 10 GB and 256 mb or RAM ...It worked good, it even gives you the Side Bar....If you Download A Skin from a site then you will need a Program that will allow you to apply the skin(Tried it Myself)...programs you have to buy....

not free, but probably the best i've seen: http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/

I've heard bad stuff about the Vista Transformation pack thing that someone else suggested ( http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4924 )

free way here: http://www.joeuser.com/index.asp?c=1&AID=1855 that way worked well for me with the uxtheme patcher here: http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=140707
and i like this site for skins: http://www.skinbase.org/section.php?page=2&order=2&sorted=rating&display=1§ions=msstyles

for lot's of skins for the patched way, search google for "msstyles skin"
