Honestly i would say Australia can became world champions again, even without some of its key players cuz Australia domestic cricket is so strong that they never go out of options even when some of its key players are injured
but apart from Australia i would say South Africa, England, West Indies and vaguely India has a chance but u never know whats gonna happen

Yes they have a lot of potential to win this world cup also. but South Africa has a chance of winning.
