Chuck-
I'me in the process of repairing my floor cracks, and drilling for termites. Those little buggers have come up thru a crack in my foundation and have started to make lunch out of my home.
The best thing Ive found for cracks in concrete is some stuff I found at HD called "squeeze and fill". It's a rubberized concrete that will move with the crack and not re-crack like just filling it with more concrete.
Works great.

I love JB Weld, but for a concrete floor, probably there are better products. I'd use a concrete crack filler from Lowes, Home Depot or perhaps Home Hardware or Ace Hardware. I'd even use a marine epoxy before JB Weld for this project. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

Chuck,
Get off the phone. JB Weld is made for patching metal not concrete. Concrete is always prone to cracking, and if the floor is an exposed floor in a living type area, most things you'd put down on it wold look bad. Best bet would be to use some type of sealer or epoxy coating like they have for garage floors.

JB weld is not flexible which is what you need. a concrete slab that is cracked acts as 2 slabs that move independently of each other. repairing the crack wont work unless it is flexible or if the crack doesnt reach all the way across the slab.

I knew I had seen something like that, ask your City,County about what they use to repair Sidewalks,Curbs and or Plazas.
Percol? or some company makes Concrete Filler. It is a plastic/? joint sealer that also fills cracks. Because of its chemical compound it expands during cure/set time.
There are also Joint Compounds that work on Concrete Walls,Floors that I used years ago while building Condos. That is most likely what you need.

J.B. Weld is a wonder-product as far as I'm concerned~LOL~BUT, I wouldn't use it for your purpose. They make a regular product for filling in cracks and chips in concrete. Just ask them to show it to you at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. It will flow and fill MUCH easier and will be much less expensive and easier to use than J.B. would for your floor:)
Good Luck!!

I don't think JB Weld is what you want. The thing is I can't remember the name of the stuff that will.
It's made by Quick create, comes in a quart size bottle.
It's a self leveling liquid that tuns into a semi-rubbery stuff.
Worked really well at my house.

a 1/16 of an inch? youre not going to get anything substantial in it. put masonry blade on grinder and widen it. then patch with stiffly mixed cement...if it was mine i wouldnt worry about it till it opened up or heaved
