Best just to say it truthfully, and be done with it. Be honest though...for example, look i don't wanna seem rude or mean, but i don't think we should hang anymore because___________( <----your reason in the blank).

I know this sounds rude and seems tactless, but i mean think about it, if you lie about, and they find out, they more than likely will be ticked and or hurt anyway...so why postpone in what most cases is going to be the inevitable.

By the way, I'm a very blunt and to the point kinda person, so this is very easy for me to do, and i don't consider it rude. The truth hurts sometimes, but at least its the truth if you catch what im saying.

Depends do you share any of the same Friends?
If you do you might just have to bring your friendship down a couple of levels and be nice and poliet but don't go out of your way to see her other then that group of friends.

If not, just tell her- look your not happy and your done- just like you would a guy.

Try to avoid her at all cost. Start telling her you can't hang out. Make up any excuse...it won't take long and she will get the hint.

no, you are not mean , this person just does not suit you ; that is all .no big deal :-)
