anyone out there under thirty like pink floyd ,it's just my mum always listened to them and i couldn't stand it cos i was a raver ,but i borrowed dark side of the moon ages ago and they are now my faves,but friends look at me weirdly when i say that?

Sorry i dont fit in your age bracket but i am an avid fan of pink floyd and have most if not all their music/albums i think i must play them every time i put the pc on with surround sound, nice when you are doing other work but then i am 51yrs and i dont think i will ever get tired of listening to them

Hey, I am 15 and I love Pink Floyd. I became a Floyd fan listening to Dark side of the moon. If you are interested in them then, I would suggest you listen to The Wall - by Pink Floyd. Some quality stuff there.
Some of my friends also like Pink Floyd, so remember you are never alone!

It's the growing up thing, I am slightly the wrong side of 60 love Floyd Gary Moore etc. My grandson at 16 was into Tupac and Eminem but as he listened to some of my stuff he got into Floyd Gary Moore even a bit of Status Quo. We now go to concerts together and he has got into playing blues rock. Give him a listen on My Space Chris Corcoran. He ain't bad.

i listened to dark side of the moon when i was 8 years old, i'm now 25! i was amazed, i spent all my pocket money since then on Pink Floyd albums. A few years ago I also started to listen to Roger Waters. I highly recommend amused to death, its a great album, off to see him in may!

I was a raver when it first started out,most of the pioneers of rave listened to Floyd ,The Doors and such and is mixed into alot of dance I'm 38 by the way.
