I am a handbag addict; and am not ashamed to admit it. I have designer and non designer. The most important thing is that they perform the function for which I am carrying them in a manner that means a seamless transition from reaching for what i want to actually putting my hands on it. The best overall bag I have carried was a Gucci huge almost briefcase size handbag with over the shoulder straps. The only thing that disappointed after 12 years was that the leather in between the gold rings frayed and became almost shredded. I think if I pay over $500 for a bag, the least they could do was make it with real leather and stitched so well it would not fall apart.
The best clutch wallet I ever had was also a Gucci ... I am not dropping names here, but they lasted the longest and had the best functionality

A true handbag lover should have lots! I have a lot of bags...a few of the big brands coach, prada, some no name brands, and most of my bags are Purse Party. No fakes though. Why would anyone want to carry a fake. When you walk by people they know it's a fake and trust me they are talking about it.

I don't have a lot of handbags maybe 3 and only one is designer and that is my Prada bag.

Whatever bag looks nice- Designer or not- I like it =)
I choose by the design not by the brand.

i own all designer handbags but im not an addict. designers like gucci,fendi,louis vuitton and balenciaga
