They actually make a dust mite killer in a spray bottle called Allergen. It is a little hard to find, but some WalMarts and drug stores carry it.

Well I think if the problem is really bad you might what to think about changing your mattress. you can hoover it but it won´t get rid of them .As for spray´s they don´t really help much. if you can buy a new mattress at least you will sleep better at night knowing there not eating you alive

A way to prevent them is to buy a plastic cover and put over your mattress, doesn't sound very comfortable, but it I hear it works.

my friend used to put their matresses under the sun twice a week, and and hit the matress with a a piece of wood and keep it in the strong sun as much as possible.

spray Lysol on the bed once a month.
