Sunscreen helps loads. UV rays do a lot of damage to your face, be they from the sun or a tanning booth.
There's also the factor of genetics. Some people age much more graceful than others.
I am 28. Have done a medium job of protecting my skin from the sun, don't use tanning booths, don't drink, don't smoke, keep it clean and moisturized and people regularly mistake me for 19/20. Which is fun since I have two kids, one 6 one four, and they all assume I got prego as an unwed teenager. Grrrr.
Also, when I got pregnant and gained weight through my face, I started using the Mary Kay anti-aging lines. It has done wonders to tighten my skin on my face back up as I lost weight, instead of the skin being saggy and wrinkly looking.
And I have genetics in my favor. My father was mistaken to be in his twenties well into his forties. He's finally starting to look his age, but that's only because he's been ill. I think without that, he would have always looked 20 years younger than he was.
But back to the issue. Be grateful for the lack of wrinkles. Means when you're older, you'll look much younger.

Sunscreen is definitely a huge help. The less contact your skin has with UV rays and harmful effects from the sun the healthier your skin is. This doesn't mean you will never get any wrinkles you just won't look like an old woman any time soon. Be happy and keep using your sunscreen!

I am 27... no wrinkles either. It all depends on the skin type and the life style that the other women lead. My mother in law smokes and drinks and she is 4 or 5 years younger than my mom, but my in law looks like she is the older one. I think it is b/c of all the bad stuff that she puts into her body. I don't know for sure though, but I know that yours, mine and everyones will come at one time or another.

Yes, keep using the sun screen. You could also treat yourself to some age defying creams out there. They do work, the younger you start, the earlier your face will rewind for you. Pass this information on to your poor friend with crows feet, she needs to get started right away, so it sounds. good luck.

I'm 39 and have NO wrinkles at all.
Good moisturizer, proper sun care, not smoking, eating healthy and exercising will all help prevent wrinkles. Genetics also can play a huge role.

I'm in my 40s and have virtually no lines. It's a combination of good genes, excellent skin care, no smoking, limited alcohol, good eating habits, exercise, low stress levels, limited exposure to the sun, and getting a good night's sleep.

Yes at 26 it's normal. Anyone who does have lines at that age probably worshipped the sun and damaged their skin.
