come on people. Use www.ask.com if you have to. This is crazy, because I pulled this stuff of the internet in 5 minutes. It is not that hard. My questions can test you research ability or your knowlege. If you are not that smart, research the topic.

I am adding a bonus question. It is extra credit.

How many moons does Mars have?

8 answers

1) 8 (officially)
2) The Sagittarius Dwarf galaxy.
3) define "confirmed"
4) We don't know...billions and billions.
5) 142 million miles depending on how you define "average." (That is the mean between the closest and farthest possible distances. If you want the average of opposition distances, that is more like 45 million miles.)

Now I'm wondering if you really know the correct answers to some of these questions. Note, I could have Googled the moons of Jupiter but chose not to. (All these answers were from my head.) Not all of its moons have been officially recognized by the IAU. And, no, we really don't know how many galaxies there are in the entire universe...a staggering number to be sure. And I certainly hope you don't say "Andromeda" is the closest galaxy...because it ain't, though lots of folks believe it is.

1 there are 15 bodies that could be considered planets depending on how you classify them.
2 there is no such thing as a galexey.
3 18 to 19 depending on who is doing the confirming.
4 less than there was last year due to the effects of galixy collisions.
5 as all the planets orbit the sun in a shpearicle pattern im sure this is an answer that you could not confirm even if i gave you the correct one so the answer is mars orbital mass-earths orbital mass divided by 2.
