Agree. I know people I think are hilarious but they have NO sense of humor.

I agree! Having a sense of humor is being able to realize when people are just joking with them & they don't get mad when the joke is about them.
Being funny is making jokes *most aren't funny* but sometimes the joking can be too much and then the people may get annoying.

Yes. I agree 100%. A sense of humor is the ability to laugh at yourself and with others ... and seeing the absurdity in what you say or do as well as what others say or do. Life shouldn't be so serious and controlling as many people try to make it. After all, we are only given one go round, why should we do our best to make it enjoyable for Everyone ... not just for ourselves.
My grandmother told me once, "yes, Jerry Lewis is very funny. But, does he have a sense of humor?" After watching him help those who are unable to help themselves for all these years, I think the answer is, "Yes," he definitely does.

you have to have sense of humor to be funny. having a sense of humor does not mean you are funny. so no i do not agree.

To me, a humorousness potential that somebody won't bypass ape **** if issues do no longer consistently bypass their way. existence isn't honest. I additionally take exhilaration in irony and a pointy wit. So a cultivated humorousness may be very captivating.

My guess is that a person with no sense of humor would be dry and boring. I guess it could happen, but I don't think they'd keep my interest.
