baby girl, i feel sorry for you. i'd been there before. something will give. and you feel like a shell of your former self. right? you need time for yourself even if it's just an hour.

Do this for 5 minutes a day to start. A good time is early in the morning before you have to get going. Just start with 5 minutes - that's all!
Find a comfortable, armless chair and sit it somewhere that you won't be disturbed (a closet or bathroom is fine if you're in a dorm). Sit down comfortably with your back straight but not rigid. Allow yourself to find your center - move back and forth, side to side. Once you find your center, shut your eyes and place your hands on your knees.
Now, for 5 minutes, each time you inhale think "Hong". Every time you exhale think "Sa" (pronounced "saw"). Just keep breathing and repeating the phrase. If you have thoughts that come up and disturb you, simply admit that it's a thought, and return to repeating the phrase.
If you do this every day you will begin to notice that you feel a little more calm, even though you are still as busy as you were before. You might feel a little lighter and peaceful as well.
Good luck.

i'm not in college yet but damn this gives me something to look forward to : /
just think positive and think about how everything you're doing now will be worth it in the long run. when you go to bed listen to some classical or any other relaxing music and fall asleep to it (this helps me fall asleep and relax a bit). avoid partying too late or too hard.
best of luck!

First when you feel stressed and overwhelmed try taking a couple of deep breaths. And to relieve stress and relax try doing yoga. it is known to be something you can do to relax and loosen your nerves.

Stop and smell the roses.Sit under a tree or on a park bench and remind yourself of who you are and why you started your journey.Remember life lessons are the hardest ones we learn but you always have to reflect on our selves. Then go out have a few drinks unwind sleep and start a new day tomorrow.Good luck on your journey

Can you take fewer credits per term? College will last longer but that will not matter if you’re enjoying it. And you should be enjoying these years. We all need time just to chill out & do nothing but light no demand stuff like light reading (or even TV).

First off stop worrying it gets you nowhere. Then get busy, use your time wisely, and eventually the busyness will pass, and all will be well again. This is a stressful time of year, but you'll get through it I promise.
